We will be exhibiting the MAGIC™ Condensation Particle Counter (CPC) and Spot Sampler™ aerosol particle collector at the International Society of Indoor Air Quality and Climate Conference, July 22-27, 2018 in Philadelphia, PA.
Come visit our team in Booth 7!
For both instruments, ultrafine aerosol particles as small as 5nm are size-enhanced through water-condensation growth and are either individually counted using laser detection, or captured as concentrated samples for chemical and biological analysis.
Ultrafine particles in indoor environments can cause adverse health effects and the sources are not always readily apparent. The compact, quiet, and affordable MAGIC CPC can be used to quantify the particle concentration in real time and help track down the sources. The CPC has a self-sustaining water wick with no internal reservoir allowing for days of unattended operation. It can be tipped in any orientation or vibrated without fear of flooding the optics. The CPC is powered for up to eight hours using a 12V Li-ion battery, or AC powered using an AC/DC power supply (100-240VAC).
Using the Spot Sampler aerosol particle collector, 5-nm to 10-µm aerosol particles can be captured and concentrated directly into liquid or onto a solid substrate, thus eliminating tedious and time-consuming extraction procedures. The collection process is gentle and because there is no extreme heating of the airflow, microorganism viability and integrity can be maintained. The instrument comes as a fully-integrated, easily transported package, with no external pumps. It’s quiet operation is ideal for classroom, office or home environments. The Spot Sampler collects particles with high efficiency, regardless of hydrophilic or hydrophobic characteristics.
Air pollution is very dangerous for our health, for this best solution you work great, i like your work, please keep it up.
