The BioCascade is a 3 stage cascade planar impactor(>10µm, 4-10µm and 1.5-4µm) for the collection of coarse particles, the compliment fine aerosol collection of the BioSpot-VIVAS™ bioaerosol sampler. The BioSpot-VIVAS uses condensation growth tube technology to capture particles above 7nm.
